Accepted methods of payment for patio chairs & patio furniture. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, etc. Note: You do not need a PayPal account to make a secure credit/debit card payment. We also accept personal checks made out to "The Berteloot Company", our parent company. Payments made through PayPal's FREE and secured service will show up on your statements as PAYPAL*BERTELOOTCO or PAYPAL*THEBERTELOOTCOMPANY. We are PayPal verified for your security and peace of mind.
Shipping time for patio chairs & patio furniture. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Typical shipping time a customer should expect is 7-10 business days. Longer times are posted on item descriptions so you know ahead of time.
Product Options and choices. Merchandise often times has various options including but not limited to sizes, cushions, colors, trims, etc. It is the customers responsibility to make their selections at the time of sale. Should the customer fail to do so PatioOnly.com will attempt to contact the customer by phone once and email once with the contact information provided by the customer. Should their be no response within 48 hours the most popular or pictured options will be used. This excludes options for which the customer has not paid. The selections/choices will be up to the sole judgment of PatioOnly.com. Some options require an additional fee. These options, for which there is an additional fee, will not be selected by PatioOnly.com should the customer have not paid for them at the time of checkout.
Shipping Methods for patio chairs & patio furniture. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. For this reason products may arrive in different containers on different days.
Damaged shipments of patio chairs & patio furniture. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers defects on patio chairs & patio furniture. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized for your patio chairs & patio furniture by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs on patio chairs & patio furniture only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. You are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges, credits and returns.

Manufacturer Info/Guidelines Items marked with VIF- in the product item name have the following guidelines. The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser, that the product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, they will, at the manufacturer’s option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product.
Their warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.This product’s warranty are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall we or the manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. All returns of undamaged products are subject to a 35% restocking fee (this comes from the manufacturer) and must be approved by the manufacture before return shipment. Items marked with VCH- in the product item name have the following guidelines. The manufacture provides a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY to ensure the workmanship and defect-free material.
If you actually find defects in the products, then the manufacture will gracefully recover and repair them for you - or will replace the original product - at their own expense. This warranty is non transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover any damages from:- Incorrect assembly or modifications made after purchase - Typical, fair wear and tear from regular domestic use - Intentional damage, misuse, spillages, or breakages due to neglect - Damages that are a direct effect of weather-related conditions. Please unpack your new products within 24 hours of delivery and immediately inform them of any defect in the products so that they can rectify the situation and ensure your complete satisfaction. RETURNS - If you are not completely satisfied with your teak furniture, just notify us, and as long as they receive the product in their warehouse within 12 days of the original date of delivery, you will receive your money back - no questions asked!
Tortuga Outdoor products - SYNTHETIC WICKER
Tortuga’s stain-resistant synthetic wicker is regularly subjected to “accelerated weather testing”. The superior wicker quality is achieved by the inclusion of “Chemissorb” and “Tinuvin” U-V Stabilizers manufactured by CIBA-GEIGY. The 2-YEAR WARRANTY covers the synthetic wicker strands against: cracking, splitting and unraveling under normal usage conditions.
TABLES AND GLASS
Clean with a standard glass cleaner. Hot water must NOT be used on the table glass. All Table glass is TEMPERED so it can be many times stronger than ordinary glass. Also for safety reasons, if the tempered glass is cracked, it should safely shatter into small pieces. Acts of nature, dropping items onto the table, or improper usage voids the warranties. Consult your home and contents INSURANCE POLICY, to make sure that outdoor furniture can be covered under the home’s contents. DO NOT reposition the table by dragging it! Tables larger than 100cm in width or length should have TWO people move it.
Our stainless steel hardware and powder coated aluminum frames will provide long lasting, rust proof protection for the lifetime of your indoor/ outdoor wicker patio furniture set. Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion, due to its invisible chromium oxide film. The welded aluminum frames hard surface resist denting and weathering, with the powder coating adding an extra layer of protection and an aesthetic appeal.
All of the products in this patio furniture collection are made of stain- resistant synthetic wicker, which received regular “accelerated weather testing.”
SLINGS
It is recommended that slings get cleaned using a mild soapy lather and a sponge with some warm water. The material then needs to be immediately hosed off. 2-YEAR WARRANTY exists on all Slings, subject to normal residential usage and all care and maintenance requirements. Tortuga offers the best warranty on sling parts available in the industry today. For high-traffic commercial usage, all sling frame designs can be manufactured with double-wicker for extra durability.
ALU-MESH
3-Year Commercial and Residential frame and mesh welding warranty applies. Cleaning of Alu-Mesh items should not exceed the usage of mild detergent, sponge and warm water.

Tortuga’s aluminum finish and wicker weaving for all aluminum products is tested and inspected by a Quality Control team at the point of manufacture. Tortuga is based in Georgia,USA. Returns are allowed within 14 days of original ship date. A credit for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less a 20% re-stocking fee will be issued. Return shipping costs will be at the consumer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Items must be returned back in the original, unused condition. Tortuga Outdoor guarantees that all parts, correct and functioning properly, are included when the product is handed over to the first carrier.
