Accepted methods of payment for patio chairs & patio furniture. We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, etc. We also accept personal checks made out to "The Berteloot Company", our parent company (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping time for patio chairs & patio furniture. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Typical shipping time a customer should expect is 7-10 business days. Longer times are posted on item descriptions so you know ahead of time.
Product Options and choices. Merchandise often times has various options including but not limited to sizes, cushions, colors, trims, etc. It is the customers responsibility to make their selections at the time of sale. Should the customer fail to do so PatioOnly.com will attempt to contact the customer by phone once and email once with the contact information provided by the customer. Should their be no response within 48 hours the most popular or pictured options will be used. This excludes options for which the customer has not paid. The selections/choices will be up to the sole judgment of PatioOnly.com. Some options require an additional fee. These options, for which there is an additional fee, will not be selected by PatioOnly.com should the customer have not paid for them at the time of checkout.
Shipping Methods for patio chairs & patio furniture. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. For this reason products may arrive in different containers on different days.
Damaged shipments of patio chairs & patio furniture. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers defects on patio chairs & patio furniture. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized for your patio chairs & patio furniture by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs on patio chairs & patio furniture only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. You are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges, credits and returns.
Return time will vary depending upon the manufacturer. As a courtesy we label all items with the return time frame. Many items carry a 30 day return policy. This is 30 days from receipt of the product. A minor 20% re-stocking fee and shipping cost are the responsiblity of the customer when returning any patio chairs, patio furniture or any other products. This re-stocking fee covers the charge from our processing company, manufacturer's return fees and internal charges. Since all of our patio chairs and paito furniture are offered with no shipping cost be advised that you will need to cover this expense. For Tortuga Outdoor patio chairs and patio furniture there is a 14 day from original ship date return policy. Returns will be inspected by Tortuga Outdoor prior to a credit being issued and must be returned in the original, unsed condition.
