Tortuga’s synthetic wicker is made with superior quality Swiss-made Ciba Geigy Carbon-based UV stabilizer to better suit harsh climates. All wicker is manufactured in house at the aluminum extruding factory and then woven by hand.
Tortuga’s aluminum finish and wicker weaving for all aluminum products is tested and inspected by a Quality Control team at the point of manufacture. Tortuga is based in Georgia, USA. Returns are allowed within 14 days of original ship date. A credit for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less a 20% re-stocking fee will be issued. Return shipping costs will be at the consumer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Items must be returned back in the original, unused condition. Tortuga Outdoor guarantees that all parts, correct and functioning properly, are included when the product is handed over to the first carrier.
